Resort Guidelines
- Check in time is 2:00 P.M. daily.
- Check out time is 12:00 P.M. daily.
- Rent is due in advance of stay.
- All prices are based on two person occupancy, additional charges for guests after two weeks will apply.
- All overnight guests must register in the office. Tenants are responsible for their guest’s actions.
- All site rentals will accommodate one RV, one vehicle and one tow dolly.
- Tents are not permitted.
- It is the Renter’s responsibility to maintain a clean RV site.
- Ground fires on the lots are not permitted.
- Speed limit is 10 MPH.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M.
- The heated swimming pool is open 9:00 A.M. until dark, daily. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No glass in pool area. Please shower before entering.
- The clubroom is open from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. The clubroom is a non-smoking area.
- Restroom, showers and Laundromat are open 24/7. Please report to the office if they are in need of attention.
- Disorderly conduct, illegal activity, drunkenness, obscene or profane language or actions will not be tolerated by either you or your guests. Should this rule be violated, you and your guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse, at the pool, or by the riverfront.
- Trash only is to be placed inside the dumpster. Items not accepted in the dumpster include propane tanks, furniture, fans, lumber, etc.
- The management and ownership of Tampa South RV Resort assumes no liability for accidents, loss of property or life involved with the use of the riverfront facilities.
- The management and ownership of Tampa South RV Resort assumes NO responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.
- Management reserves the right to change or revise resort rules at any time when deemed necessary.
